Real systems. Running in production.

Everything below is something Parsons AI has actually built and uses every day — not a slide, not a roadmap. The same patterns are what we build for clients.

Gemini 3.1 Flash Live · Cloudflare · CRM integration

Voice AI receptionist

Live phone line that answers, routes, and books callbacks — never sleeps, never asks for a tip.

What it does

Inbound calls hit an AI receptionist that knows the business cold — three call types (product, consulting, government). It listens, classifies, takes details, and writes them straight into the CRM as a contact + open deal + a follow-up task so the callback actually happens. No transfers, just clean capture.

Why this pattern matters

Built for the founder running between coffee shops who can't take a live call but loses every lead that hits voicemail. The AI doesn't replace the human — it makes sure the human gets called back. Same idea works for service businesses, law firms, medical offices, any SMB drowning in inbound that can't staff a receptionist.

Cloudflare Email Routing + Email Service · Workers · MCP

Self-hosted email on Cloudflare

Replaced Google Workspace with a serverless email stack running on a Worker — zero monthly fee, AI-controllable from day one.

What it does

Inbound email lands at hello@parsons.ai, routes through a Cloudflare Worker, gets stored, and is fully readable + writable via MCP — meaning an AI assistant can search, reply, draft, and label without ever logging into a browser. Outbound sends through the same Worker.

Why this pattern matters

Most SMB email setups cost $7-25/month per seat, gate AI access behind enterprise tiers, and can't be programmatically driven without expensive APIs. This is the cheapest possible alternative that's also the most AI-native. A pattern any small team can replicate or have built for them.

Multi-line sales CRM

A CRM the founder's AI assistant actually runs — companies, contacts, deals across multiple business lines, weighted forecasting, activity logging, follow-up tasks that don't slip.

What it does

Separates Consulting / Cloud / Government pipelines with their own stages and probabilities. Logs every outbound DM and email as an activity. Creates follow-up tasks automatically with reasons and due dates. Calculates weighted forecast across lines.

Why this pattern matters

Most SMBs either use no CRM (nothing tracked, everything slips) or pay $40-150/seat/month for HubSpot or Salesforce and use 5% of it. The win is an AI assistant that knows how to operate a CRM on the founder's behalf — log calls, advance stages, surface what's stale. That's not a tool — that's a teammate.

Scheduled tasks · Gmail MCP · Self-hosted email MCP · CRM MCP

Scheduled inbound sweep

Twice-daily automated check across email + LinkedIn that detects new replies, classifies them, drafts or sends responses, and only escalates the truly time-sensitive stuff.

What it does

Fires at 9 AM and 5 PM PT. Sweeps Gmail and the hello@ inbox. Cross-references senders against the CRM. Classifies each detected item as hot (existing deal moving, time-bounded), warm (re-engagement, normal inquiry), or cold (newsletter, spam). Warm replies auto-handle. Hot items get drafted for review. Time-sensitive items can iMessage the founder's phone.

Why this pattern matters

Solves the classic founder problem: leads sit unread for days because nobody has time to check every channel. The system runs whether the founder is awake or not, and only interrupts for things that actually warrant it. Same pattern works for support inboxes, application queues, partner outreach — anywhere new signal needs detection plus tiered response.
